Deaerated packaging of parts

Our standard specification for precision machined parts is to package them in deaerated packaging and protect them with air packing to maintain product quality.
Deaerated packaging prevents damage during transportation and prevents oxidation.
If the product is too large to be packed with air, we will put it in a polyethylene bag, remove as much air as possible, and then pack it with bubble wrap.

Standard packing process

After the cleaning process, the product is placed in a nylon plastic bag so that it cannot be touched with bare hands, and then packed using a degassing packing machine to remove air.
Deaerated packaging is possible for items up to the size that can fit into an A4 size bag.

Identification labels will be attached upon request.
Regarding specifications such as identification, we respond individually to each customer's request.

After degassing and packaging, each product is wrapped in air packing and individually packaged to protect each product.

Non-standard packing

Even for large products that cannot be packed in a standard specification, if degassing or vacuum packaging is required, our partner companies can handle this.

Additionally, if the product is too large to be packed using our equipment, we will basically put the product in a polyethylene bag, remove as much air as possible, and then protect it with bubble wrap, etc.

Standard packaging

After each product is individually protected with bubble wrap, we put enough cushioning material into a cardboard box and pack the products to prevent them from hitting each other.

Please rest assured that we will place cushioning materials in consideration of the shaking during delivery and the forces received from surrounding packages.

If you have any other delivery specifications, please feel free to let us know, as we will respond flexibly.

Delivery
