3D model editing / NC programming

We will create an NC program for cutting from the 3D model data.
In some cases, the 3D model data you provided may have some parts missing.
We will check and correct any missing parts.

Additionally, in the process of creating NC programs for shape machining, it may be necessary to close holes in the 3D model data in some cases.

We accept these preliminary 3D data edits as part of the design support service provided by our company.

It is also possible to request only the creation of an NC program.
(Post processing etc. may not be possible depending on the processing machine used.)

Once you have provided us with the 2D drawings, we will create 3D model data and submit it to you.
3D model data can be used for various purposes such as manufacturing, catalog creation, assembly verification, and CAE.

The formats of acceptable 2D data and 3D model data that can be submitted are as follows.

StandardNon-standard
Input format (2D)PDF, DXF, DWGImage data (BMP, JPEG, etc.)
Illustrator (AI) etc.
Output format (3D)STEP, IGES, STLParasolid (x_t, x_b)
CATIA V5 (CATPart, CATProduct)

3D design

Jigg

Our job is to realize customers' images.

Through 3D design, we strive to make our customers' images visible, help them visually understand shapes and functions in three dimensions, and help them intuitively understand technical issues that are often difficult to understand.

Reverse engineering

Film slitter

Because our company's main business is manufacturing, we are able to reverse engineer products that can actually be manufactured.
After understanding the points necessary to make the product, we will create the final production drawings.

2D Drawing

We will provide you with 3D model data and create and submit 2D drawings.
If you have a specific picture frame, please specify it.
If the client has a special drawing frame, please provide CAD data (DXF, DWG).

If you have any tolerance instructions, please let us know in advance.

Consulting

Because we design mechanical systems and manufacture all kinds of parts, we are able to make reasonable proposals based on the circumstances of both the design and manufacturing sides.
After considering the manufacturing method, we will provide technical advice specializing in high-mix, low-volume production.

Thread design
Thread design and limitation

For example, there are many points to keep in mind during machining, such as keeping the ratio of groove depth to corner radius within 1:10 for machined parts, and providing notches on both sides of bent shapes for sheet metal parts.
There are many cases where people submit drawings without knowing these points, and they end up having to go back and forth on estimates, or they get rejected from the manufacturing site saying, "We can't make it this way!"

At our company, our sales engineers, who are familiar with both design and manufacturing, carefully examine the drawings and propose reasonable design details before starting production, so you can proceed with production with confidence.
