What is can manufacturing?
Can manufacturing is the process of cutting angle materials, pipe materials, etc., joining them together by welding, and assembling structures such as casings, stands, and frames. At our company, we use two 1.5m x 2.4m Tokiwa machines to manufacture canned products ranging from palm-sized to large cans of about 2m x 2m.
We also specialize in bending, welding, and polishing thin stainless steel plates to make containers, sinks, etc.
TIG welding machine allows for careful and speedy processing and assembly.

Bofy frame
We made a large frame by combining square iron pipes. The parts to which precision equipment is attached are machined to improve accuracy by surface cutting and drilling. Baked painting is also available for lengths up to about 2m.
Stainless wagon
A stainless steel wagon with casters. You can freely set the size, division, etc. as needed.
Workbench
A stainless steel workbench. It has a built-in sliding table. As shown in the photo, it is also possible to add a decorative board to the outside.
Picture stand
The one on the left is baked and painted, and the one on the right is gold plated after buffing. Manufactured using a combination of drawn products and canned parts.
Lifting trolley
This is a trolley equipped with multi-functional rollers on top of the lifting lifter. It can be moved while lifting and lowering while loading the object and holding it with a stopper.
Mount frame
We manufactured an all-stainless steel stand for a physical and chemical device. The final finish is buffed, taking care to avoid distortion.
Wagon
We manufactured an all-stainless steel trolley. It is fully welded and has a hairline finish.
Display bracket
The design allows for operation in two forms: an unfolded form as shown in the image, and a stored form that can be suspended even when folded.
Hopper
This is a hopper for food machinery. Finished with internal and external polishing. You can freely specify the flange shape and body dimensions.
Sink
It was made to order because the dimensions were not available in standard products. It is also possible to create a sink like this with rounded corners.
Cooling coil
We created a part that functions as a cooling coil by bending and welding pipe material.
Bunk bed
We made a bunk bed out of iron. It is designed to be easily disassembled and assembled. It also has handrails and a suspended staircase.
Carriage
We created a carrier for a trike (3-wheeled bike) by combining round pipes.
