Stainless steel thin plate processing technology

Many kitchen utensils are assembled by welding stainless steel, and manufacturing requires skilled welding and polishing techniques.
In particular, thin stainless steel plates are susceptible to distortion, and special care must be taken when welding.

Since our company's founding, we have consistently produced stainless steel kitchen utensils and architectural hardware.

We have a particularly good reputation for processing stainless steel thin plates.

When processing thin stainless steel sheets, it is important to weld them while minimizing distortion.
At our company, we can weld without distortion and polish it to a smooth surface, as shown in the photo below.

Welding sample:
Two t1.0mm SUS304 thin plates are welded all around on the back side and polished on the front side.
If you look at it from the front side, you can see that the seams are so flat that you can't see them at all.

Production example

For many years, our company has been manufacturing kitchen utensils and architectural hardware using thin stainless steel sheets.
We minimize distortion and perform bead cutting and polishing of welded parts.

Additionally, the technology to arbitrarily bend thin sheets is an area that requires craftsmanship, but by combining it with digital technology, it is possible to create a variety of products.
We manufacture custom-made original equipment that is not available in the mass-produced lineup.

Of course, if you use stainless steel, we can handle everything from bead cutting to buffing.
If it is iron, we can also handle painting and plating treatments.
