Can processing technology
Our company specializes in can manufacturing, which involves cutting out shaped materials such as pipe materials, angle materials, and channel materials, and creating frame structures primarily through welding.
We manufacture frames, frames, cases, carts, etc. made of stainless steel, iron, and aluminum.
In the case of stainless steel, bead cutting and buffing finishing (standard #400) is possible after welding.
Of course, we also accept pickling without bead cutting.
In the case of steel, we also handle painting after assembly.
In addition to anti-rust painting, we can also bake paint relatively large objects over 2m.
In addition, we also undertake secondary processing such as surface leveling by cutting and drilling for mounting surfaces.
In addition to welding, we can also propose more efficient structures by combining some bolts and rivets.
We also offer design proposals using 3D CAD, so please feel free to contact us.
